The facts without the fluff

Staying here was a disappointment. We changed rooms three times due to cleanliness issues, bugs, and even non-working toilets. The staff's attitude left much to be desired, and breakfast was hardly satisfying. The hotel needs serious maintenance and a deep clean. I won’t return anytime soon.

All fine, but cleanliness issues

Honestly, the hot breakfast was a bit of a lifesaver. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I struggled to find some clean towels, they went out of their way to make sure I got some right away.

Wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess it was acceptable for what I got.

We had a great time enjoying the pool and relaxing in our spacious double room. The kids loved the free breakfast with tasty waffles, and the cozy seating area made our downtime really enjoyable. Just a heads up, the front lobby could use a fresh coat of paint, but overall, it was a lovely experience. 😊

The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from the airport, making it ideal for travelers. However, my room had cleanliness issues, including a dirty bathtub and stained furniture that detracted from an otherwise comfortable stay. the hotel's proximity to airport park, which is just a short walk away, made it so easy for me to enjoy some fresh air and beautiful views during my city explorations, while downtown landmarks like the louisiana state museum-shreveport are only a quick drive away, allowing for a lovely day of discovery in the area.

Had an awesome getaway with friends! We explored the local outlet stores like Express Factory and scored some fantastic outfits. The petting zoo with miniature horses and kangaroos was a highlight. We enjoyed a blast on the zip line and go-karts. Definitely recommend checking out the local casinos after a day of fun!

On the downside, the cleanliness of our second room left a lot to be desired, as we encountered a leaking ceiling and an unclean bathroom.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed felt nice and cozy after a long day. Most of the staff was friendly, which was a nice touch. However, someone knocked on my door unexpectedly, which was a bit annoying. Overall, not a bad stay.
